property surrounded by walls and hedges.
The inside stretched over 200qm contains three bedrooms (1 double-bed and 2 with
2 single-beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bathing tub and shower, one shower ffffffffffffffclick pic to enlarge
only), the kitchen (Gas-plates, electric
oven, microwave with grill, fridgidaire and deep freezer, washing machine, dish washer), the hallway and the spacious living-room with a diningtable for 8 persons, cosy couches and a fireplace.
All rooms heading towards the south and west as well as the two terraces have seaviews. The roof terrace is the best place to enjoy the sunset.
